About InterFlow

We are the only notification based wellness app designed to work well-being into your schedule. Set reminders for yourself for stretching and breathing exercises that help you navigate the stress and workload of college.

We are a small group of students working to intervene with the monotony of work on campus through Experience Design 2


Take a moment to reflect on how you feel. Do you feel stressed? Is your work too much? That's where InterFlow comes in! Our app aims to help you add mindfulness excersise into your schedule in a way that doesn't kick you out of your work zone. Take care of your mind and your body and get your work done with InterFlow.
